Are the cultures Clean/ Gauranteed?
-Although we strive for clean and consistent laboratory cultures (LCs), occasional mistakes can occur. We rigorously test the first, middle, and last pulls of our LCs to ensure their cleanliness. If you encounter issues after testing on agar, please take a picture of the problem. We will promptly replace the culture and provide additional plates. Alternatively, visit our storefront for a free or substantial discount on a new culture. Additionally, we offer complimentary consulting services to help identify any potential issues. Our goal is to empower you to successfully grow your own medicine.
